What exactly would I be doing to help out at an event like this?

Skyler,
Typically we give updates along the race course, relay traffic from event staff back to net control, or request help for a runner if needed.

If you would like to help out for this event, please sign up. We can pair you with an operator who has worked these events in the past to show you what you would need to do in the future. It is great "real life" training!

Skyler,
You would assigned a post on the course and you would follow the guidelines of the race. For example; Net Control may need the bib numbers of the first male and female runner that pass your location. You would also report any unusal situations that may arise at your location such as a runner down or an aided case. Hope this helps.
